Have fun and enjoy the process rather than focusing on the outcome.

Hello my name is Emma Jones.

I'm an artist based in the Vale of Glamorgan and I am passionate about art and also the effect it can have on our wellbeing.  As creating art reduces cortisol levels, we should not be viewing time being creative as a luxury but as something we should be incorporating in our daily lives.

The reasons I have chosen these 3 art/crafts for you to have a go at are

a) they can take a short time to do or hours on end

b) they are inexpensive

c) they are easily transferable skills which in itself is a lovely thing to do.

They also all have that childlike moment of wonder about them when they pop up / they reveal their gold interior / they go from one shape to another. Or that could just be me!!!!!

Most important is to have fun and enjoy the process rather than focusing on the outcome.

Hope you have a go at one or all three and pass your new skills on.

Enjoy.
