Hello! My name is Leo Nicholson, I am an animator and filmmaker living in South Wales, my background has been mostly as a stop-motion animator for TV series and feature films.
In these videos I'm sharing how to get started with two traditional animation techniques; Paper cut-out and Stop-motion.
I recommend you begin by following along with the Set-up videos, to get the most out of the 2 animation videos.
I’ve kept things to the essentials, but every area can be expanded on and explored if you want to develop your learning further.
There are a lot of details in here, so make good use of the pause button and don't feel the need to rush through it!
