Hi my name is Rhian, from Rhian Circus Cymru and my art form is circus, which I’ve been doing for about 20 years.

There are many benefits when learning how to juggle, it can boost brain development, sharpen your focus and reduce stress. By focusing on the tasks in these videos you’ll be able to renew your mind and experience being in the present moment.

We will start with some exercises to improve coordination, look at the technique of how to juggle and then finally learn some tricks!
